TERMS OF SERVICE

We always aim to provide excellent service to all our clients. To do so, we have our late arrival/cancellation & "no-show policy.

BOOKING FEE MANDATORY:

A $30 non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your appointment & will go towards your service when serviced.

LATE POLICY: **Please be on time**

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are late for your appointment. However, this is not always possible without impacting other appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to cut your treatment short, or it is considered a no-show, and you will be charged a 75% fee for the service.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY/ NO SHOW:

Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel/reschedule.

If you miss a scheduled appointment without contacting us within the required time, it is considered a no-call/show, and you will be charged a 75% fee for the service missed.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please clean your lashes before the appointment. Please, no makeup or eyeliner around the eyes.
After 3 weeks, Full sets are mandatory. Our lashes grow out; after removing them, less than 40% of lash extensions are left to be considered a fill.

We do not offer refunds for any services under any circumstances—no product exchanges.
If any problems or abnormal fallout is experienced, this should be reported to us within 48 hours to avoid any fees.

RIGHTS RESERVED

We will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance, wherever possible. However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice.
